Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures – Participant Requirements
- COURSE ACCESS: You must complete a Green Course and be approved by staff before starting a Yellow Course. You must complete a Yellow Course and be approved by staff before starting a Red Course.
- WEIGHT: Guests must weigh no more than 250 lbs. Guest must also weigh a minimum of 35 lbs. for the Zip Drop activity.
- AGE: Guests under age 14 must be actively supervised by an adult (age 18+) while on course. If guest is at least 48 inches in height, supervision can be from the ground.
- HEIGHT: Anyone under 48 inches in height must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion. Supervising Companions must be at least 14 years old and at least 48 inches in height.
- HEALTH: Guests should be in good health*. Participation is not permitted for those under the influence of alcohol, illegal or legal drugs, or prescription medications that may limit your abilities.
- ACTIVE PARTICIPATION: Guests should be ready for an adventure that requires active participation, which may include but is not limited to, walking across cables and bridges at height, reaching, climbing stairs, walking across uneven terrain.
- GUIDE INSTRUCTION: All guests must be able to understand and comply with Guide instructions. Dependent on activity type, staff will teach and coach Ground School before heading to course. All guests will be required to pass Ground School to be permitted on course for required activities.
- ATTIRE: Closed-toe shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather/activity are required. Very short shorts are not recommended.
- WAIVER: All guests must complete a waiver prior to adventuring. Guests should complete this online waiver prior to arrival. For guests under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver on their behalf.
- *Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures activities are designed for guests in good health. Guests who are pregnant, have recent, recurring or existing injuries, have a serious musculoskeletal disorder, epilepsy or a seizure disorder that does not permit them to drive, have hemophilia or are currently taking high doses of a blood thinning medication or anticoagulant, have a known health condition that requires immediate medical attention in the event of an emergency, or are using prescription medications that may limit their abilities to, are advised to consult with their physician before participation. Due to the nature of our tours and for safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone.
Cancellation Policy
When booking, you attest that all members in your party meet the Participant Requirements for the ticket types booked. No refunds will be issued in the event a guest arrives and does not meet the requirements as outlined.
All reservations are charged in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, you are required to notify us 48 hours prior to your scheduled adventure start time. Reservations are considered final 48 hours prior to your scheduled adventure start time and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Guests who cancel a reservation 48 hours or more in advance of your original booking date may:
– Reschedule the reservation for a future date
– Receive a full-value gift card that can be applied to a future visit, OR
– Receive a full monetary refund.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Guests who arrive late (after their reserved check-in time) or fail to show at the time of their reservation will NOT be issued refunds. Rescheduling will be accommodated day-of for late arrivals only if space permits and only with management approval. No Shows will not be eligible for refunds, rescheduling, or future credits.
Weather Discontinuations & Cancellations
Our adventures run rain or shine, in all weather conditions, unless extreme winds or lightning interfere with operational safety. The Manager on Duty will determine cancellations, and guests may be notified at any time regarding cancellation. If your adventure time is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or rain check voucher depending on the circumstances. We reserve the right to postpone (or pause) adventure start times for up to one hour to wait out inclement weather and then resume normal operations.
In the event Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures must close due to inclement weather, the following accommodations will be provided:
Guests actively on the adventure courses at time of closure: A prorated credit (based on time remaining for your adventure) will be applied in the ticketing system for your future use.
Guests who have not yet arrived: A credit for the full amount of your purchase will be issued within the ticketing system for your future use, OR guests preferring a full monetary refund can submit a request.
